In accordance with Article 6 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, we inform you of the specific risks of using services provided by electronic means:

  1. Phishing and impersonation – third parties may create websites or send messages that closely imitate the Provider's communication. Check that the address in your browser is giveme.cloud, that the connection is encrypted (https) and that the certificate was issued for this domain. Be careful with messages that refer to the Provider and ask for passwords or payment details.
  2. Malware – a device without current security updates may become infected. Use an up-to-date operating system and browser.
  3. Interception of transmissions – data sent over a network may be intercepted. The Website is available only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Do not send confidential information by ordinary email without additional protection.
  4. Unsolicited messages (spam) – do not open attachments or links in unexpected messages.

§ 8. Software and data on the user's device

The Website uses no cookies, JavaScript, browser storage or analytics. Your browser may keep website files in its cache, and the HSTS header instructs it to connect to the Website only over HTTPS; these mechanisms serve only to display the page and secure the connection. Details are in the privacy policy.

§ 9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. These terms are made available free of charge on this page in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and recorded (for example saved or printed).
  2. These terms and the agreement for the provision of the service are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country of their habitual residence.
  3. The Provider may change these terms by publishing a new version on the Website. The change takes effect on the day of publication.
